Just across the road from Garnock floods in Watercut road this Robin was singing away, a bit dull but still a fair Digiscope.

River Garnock
A very dull and quiet afternoon, watched a charm of Goldfinch behind the old paint plant, they were darting about feeding in the waste ground. They were far too quick for any close ups

I left this morning hoping the weather would clear up, the rain just got heavier!
Even the Grey Squirrel were hiding!

Irvine harbour
A misty day today but we got some fair results at Irvine harbour.
Some Gulls roosting straight across from the harbour and some common seals in the Garnock estuary to the left.
A female Red breasted merganser was feeding in the harbour.
This Grey heron stopped for a preen and I managed to get a few decent Digiscopes then some Black headed gulls on the railing.

Garnock floods
Digiscoped this Stonechat in Garnock floods close to the Garnock river.
These Mute Swans were down near Soldiers bridge.
This Grey Heron was feeding in the Garnock floods abd this Blackbird was on the edge of the Garnock floods.
Across the road in the old landfill this Roe Deer was grazing.
